What It Means To Mourn Our Sin
"Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” Matthew 5:4 Jesus isn’t talking about mourning over the loss of a loved one. Here Jesus is speaking of the mourning over our sin… Over our mistakes… Over our shortcomings and failures. It's when we take this posture, expose our sin, that God will heal us and restore us.
